Slim chestnut figure emerged from the shaddows. Her dark pelt was shiny, the color of frest crimson blood. There she stood, figure stock still. Then she snarled,
"I am homeless. Any brute who needs a mate or mare in their herd?"
She spit in distain at the grass, which shrivled and died under her asid saliva. Daggers scraped the ground impatiently, awaiting one to answer her brutal call.

Having been to the pastures and been unfortunate in finding a free mare he had venture into the cascades. Lengthy pistons strode forth into the new scenery at an extended trot. His muscular neck arched auds pricked and his dark orbs searching for that elusive subject. Slowing to a hurried walk and then to a slower more relaxed walk he spotted the deepest chestnut he had ever seen and how fine she looked. Scanning the scenery, he checked the area for other Stallions hoping she wasn't allready claimed. In order to make himself the first he leaped into a gallop and made his way to her. Scrambling to a hault near her, but not too close, he caught her attention with a stout whinney and showed off his fine form with a graceful Rear into the aqua sky. Upon landing his long waved mane settled along his neck and his equally long forelock danced between his deep orbs as they rested on the fae's fine form.

Chestnut demoness saw the openly approaching stallion and the horse in the shaddows. She liked the open one's boldness. If she had felt like it, she could have ripped it to piece and drank it blood, but she did not. The shaddow in the pines moved quickly, quietly. She liked the way this stag hid himself, prefering to stay in the darkness and shaddows while the other exposed himself to light. As the stag in the open approached her, she snorted. He didn't know of the other's apprach, and she wouldn't be the one to tell him. She snarled,
"Who goes there? Thy name is Sataness."
Daggers crunched the soil. Like the brute in the shaddows, she too hated to be out in the open.

Grey looked directly at her and approached a few more steps. With a slight nicker he announced his blessing and came straight out with his purpose of being in the open "I am Grey...My land lies to the south of here... The Galows. I was hoping you'd like to rule there with me by my side as the lead mare of my herd." he spoke formally though his nature urged him to be course and informal in his approach to her. Though he needed her and he admired what he saw before him. A fine specimen of evil. He waited patiently for her reply, though he was normally so unpatient he realised things weren't to be rushed when trying to secure a fae.

There it was again. Fae. Were these stags intentionally calling her by a light's name to anoy her? She shook her head impatiently makeing her chestnut mane fly in the harsh wind. She snarled,
"I need no land, I need a home. Thy am a demoness by the wind, the shaddows, the thunder clouds in the sky. Come to the shaddows with me, and we may discuss this there."
The vixen the two devils had their eyes on started walking towards the second stag, the one in the shaddowy woods. She looked back to see if the other stag would follow her.

Chestnut vixen came back from the shaddows where she had confered with the other brute.
"Be gone!"
She winnied fiercely to the other stag.
"You are not worthy of your sir's shade. Be gone. I have a herd, a home, a mate."
She nodded in the direction the the bushes, then ran into them, scrapeing her flancks till they bled, following the brute she had chose.

Grey snorted in distaste for all her beauty he was glad she had decided not to take his offer he threw a huge buck into the air and bolted back to his home lands to shut himself away from the world.

Chestnut demoness laughed hottly. Ha ha. 'He did nto want me'! What a joke, she thought to herself. Still following her chosen brute to his homeland, she watched the other run and hide from the world. What a wimp, she thought.
